Flourishing Flowers & Devon Fishing in abundance

Somewhere amongst this beautiful display of wild bluebells there is a small pond which is a haven for frogs, newts, countless dragonflies and so much more! This is the copse here at Newbarn Farm, home to an active Badger set, rabbit warrens, weasels and a walk through for our resident foxes. Fortunately for the wildlife there are no fish swarming these waters, but not so for the angler fishing in Devon. What a beautiful tranquil setting this would make for a spot of quality coarse fishing. But we won't change it, we don't need to, as we have six lakes/ponds dedicated to the art of coarse fishing for our fishing in Devon regulars and for the angler here on a Devon Fishing Holiday. Willow lake our match lake is pictured below.

And below is Mirror Lake, our specimen lake, for some quality specimen fishing in Devon:

For those here on holiday who really don't want to fish or indeed are not interested in fishing there is plenty to do in the local area, as we are so very close to the English Riviera with countless activities to occupy you, whether it is lazing on the sandy beaches are visiting places of interest on your Devon holiday without fishing. If you don't fancy a day out you could just simply take a stroll through our 42 acres of pasture and woodland and perhaps take in some of the vista that makes Newbarn Farm so special and unique. Maybe a rrip to the copse to see for yourself the natural beauty of an untamed woodland, and on route smell the aroma of the wild flowers which bloom in abundance!

So all in all Newbarn Farm is a great location for your self-catering cottage and fishing. The beauty not only reserved for the woodland, pasture and lakes but in the sense that we cater fo those who love fishing in Devon, for those who want a Devon Fishing Holiday but equally for those who don't give a diddle about fishing but just want a great Holiday location!

But for everyone, absolutely free is the spectacular panoramic sight of the sun setting over the far reaching tors of Dartmoor. It literally takes your breath away!
Priceless!
