A wide range of leisure options including the Quay West Water Park. Excellent and safe sunbathing and water sport choices with seaside awards. Back at Newbarn Farm, a great Devon Fishing Holiday location, after a day relaxing on the beach with the family why not brandish your rods and make your way to the lakes for a spot of fishing whilst everyone else showers and changes ready for that barbie and cold beer. No doubt you will join them later, after you have managed to bag a chappie like Casper here!

Travel 3o minutes in the car and you will reach Blackpool Sands - the most wonderful unspoilt beach around. Privately owned, beautifully kept (cleaned daily), sand pits and bathing raft, Venus Cafe for all meals and even refreshing showers. Never over-crowded as once the private car park is full, that's it no one alse is allowed in! Catch the morning sun and guarantee a place on this fabulous beach. Yes you do need to pay to park - but it's worth it!
